5 minutes of fame!

Well, unaccustomed as I am to living life in the glare of the public spotlight, I'm going to milk this one for all it is worth. Somehow this story got into the local paper this afternoon, don't you just love it? With typical journalistic attention to detail I even get referred to as the 'deputy coxswain' (rather than deputy second coxswain). I guess the difference is rather small, still, made me chuckle. I have to say, I am rather beginning to wish that I had a quid for each time the photograph had been used in print!
